1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days of receiving payment internationally & within USA 72 hours maximum. Processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume. Customers will be notified of any delays promptly.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
5. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. Lokael Mining Lab is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processes.
